We take a 10% fee during the pilot (first 100 hours) and 15% after the pilot, from monthly consumption. Unlike a lot of other vendors, we don’t dictate the hourly wage and are happy to follow what you think is the right price. We’re happy to share what we think is realistic and adjust the price higher if speed is a priority, or keep it lower if there’s a budget constraint. There’s no required minimum number of hours, although we offer volume discounts if you’re ready to commit. Experts are compensated mostly on a task-based model. We take into account how long it takes them to complete a task by leveraging first our internal clinician team, as well as monitoring experts’ performance during the project.
