Upon registration, experts have to provide their NPI (or equivalent), resume, LinkedIn, and other social profiles. We match them to our internal database and verify that this expert is a fit for the job.
An expert has to pass a project-specific AI interview next. Our AI interviewer takes the information from currently available projects, compares it with potential candidates, and crafts a unique set of questions and verification criteria to ensure the quality of a prospective expert. In unique situations, we leverage human recruiters to conduct the interview.
Once done, an expert is assigned unconfirmed skills and moves onto the training.
